Course Outline :

This half-day course (or prior knowledge of the concepts taught within) is the prerequisite for all other Introduction or Level 1 courses, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint®, etc. The following will be reviewed:

bullet introduction to the Windows® Desktop
bullet using the left and right mouse buttons, including click, double-click, drag, and right-click commands
bullet utilizing the taskbar and start menu
bullet working with My Computer and the folder hierarchy
bullet creating, saving, and opening files
bullet moving and/or copying files and folders using cut, copy, and paste
